Some fancy food packages. 4 on the right designed by Rhonda Wade and the mini coffee cup at the back left designed by me.
The Detailed Gate Thinlits are versatile enough you don’t actually have to use them as Halloween. Here it’s just a wrought iron gate on a garden with the wind blowing in autumn. I used the Painted Autumn DSP to achieve this effect.
Another Christmas in the Making card. The main colours are Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler, Basic Black and Whisper White. I used the Everyday Label Punch to cut out the sentiment, the DSP is Merry Little Christmas and its embellished with black rhinestones.
Worked on some tags! Seriously these would make a fun class!!! What do you think? The wine bottle tag uses the Merry Patterns stamp set and the colours are Emerald Envy, Lemon Lime Twist and Real Red. The gift tags use the Sugarplum Dreams stamp set and two done in a more feminine look and three can be Masculine/neutral looking all are stamped using Basic Black archival ink on Whisper White with Stampin Write markers for colour. The third set of tags consists of a wine bottle tag with three gift tags featuring Merry Music Specialty DSP. They use a variety of stamps and dies but really with music there is so much to choose from. I think I might put some of these with some more ideas and create an October event.
This is not new in the catalog this year but it’s new to me. I have wanted Fairy Celebration for quite some time. Just to coordinate it with the 2017-2018 catalog I used Naturally Eclectic DSP and my colour scheme loosely matches the colours in that particular DSP. You cannot know how excited I was to finally stamp and colour one of these fairies!!!!
I’m just loving all the nostalgia in this particular holiday catalogue! I love this old fashioned lamppost!!! This is the Brightly Lit Christmas bundle and it is a part of the Christmas around the world suite. I only used the dies and stamps for my card along with the Merry Music Specialty DSP. I was trying to avoid the cliche of red and green for Christmas but it needed something extra so I added the wreath with red bow in. I guess a little green doesn’t harm anything!
