In Love with Touches of Texture!

Have I mentioned lately how much I love touches of texture. This double stamp set is so versatile I keep playing with it! The sentiment is from artistically Asian. My ink is delightful Dijon, watermelon wonder, flirty flamingo, sweet sugarplum, Emerald envy, cucumber crush and basic grey. Card stock is whisper white, delightful dijon and watermelon wonder. All embellished with basic pearl jewels.

Artistically Asian card

This card uses the Artistically Asian stamp set and the Woodland TIEF. A brayer and stamp right on the embossing folder and stamps directly on the card stock. I used Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry ink and Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry card stock.

The 3rd card of my series

I’m continuing with my posts of three cards using Artistically Asian, Moroccan Nights and Touch of Texture stamp sets together. This is the 3rd of my little series. The colour scheme for this one like the other two consists of 2 colours: Peekaboo Peach and Tangerine Tango. This one is my favourite of the 3! I love orange!!!

Three stamp sets card 1

Yesterday I got my new Stampin’Up! order which included the stamp sets Artistically Asian, Moroccan Nights and Touches of texture. I never thought when I ordered them how well these 3 sets work together! I was playing with them and came up with this and kept playing until I had a set of 3 cards. This is the first which uses all 3 stamp sets and the colours Pear Pizzazz and Emerald Envy card stock and ink. The other 2 will be on future posts. Stay tuned for them!

A Pile of Invitations!

I can’t believe I got them done: 12 invitations to an event! They’re based on a CASE of a Donna Kish card but they’re not exactly the same. I used the dies from the Rose Garden framelits and the Apothecary Accents framelits. The latter is retired. The card stock is So Saffron, Tiptop Taupe and Whisper White. The sentiment is from birthday blooms and stamped with Tiptop Taupe ink. Finally the rhinestone jewels accents and I’m done.
